“Brokers now have access to a locally compliant solution for Indian business through Credendo – it gives them another practical option when arranging cover for domestic business, exports or multinational programmes,” said Adrian Keller, Legal Counsel at Credendo – Trade Credit Insurance.
The agreement also gives Credendo’s international customers greater flexibility when their programmes include Indian subsidiaries.
“For multinational clients, having a local policy option can make it easier to structure their insurance programme in line with local requirements – it means we can offer a more consistent service while still bringing our underwriting and risk expertise,” said Adrian Keller.
The partnership with Royal Sundaram expands Credendo’s global fronting network in large, fast-growing markets. In 2025, Credendo signed a fronting agreement in China, enabling local policy issuance through a partnership with Zking Property & Casualty Insurance.
