In May 2022, our new Credendo Online platform was launched. Although a new system inevitably comes with some challenges, we hope it has generally been a positive experience so far. Credendo Online offers an easily accessible self-service portal for all your exchanges. It’s a one-stop shop to consult everything about your clients’ policies, from start to finish, 24/7.

• Your customers can easily manage all their policy conditions, risk acceptances, declarations, claim files and invoices in one single place.
• The platform gives you an immediate and clear overview of your customers’ declarations and keeps you and your customers up to date with our latest news.
• Via policy management, you can consult the policy terms and easily check what your client is covered for.
• In the risk acceptance section, your customers can enter a new credit limit request or contract approval in one click and check the status of all their risk acceptances.
• Your dedicated Credendo contacts remain always ready for you.
